Looking for a breakdown of my service offerings?
  • Can i request a custom order for something not listed?
    Of course! Let me know what you are looking for, and we can discuss the possibility at including it in your order for you or restructuring one of the existing packages.
  • Do you work with international clients?
    Absolutely! I work remotely and have many clients from all over the world - the US, Europe, the UK and Australia to name a few.
  • What policies are in place when working with you?
    During the onboarding process, I will provide you with a contract of services which will outline all policies and procedures. This is in place to protect both parties when it comes to payment, delivery of files and general work agreements.
  • Can you turn the work around in a quicker time frame?
    The timelines I provide are merely a guideline - how long it actually takes will be dependent on my client list at the time of booking. If I am fully booked, wait times will be longer. If times are quieter, I can absolutely provide the work in a quicker turnaround time. I am always open to meeting my clients in the middle if it’s possible - so please do let me know if you need things pushed a little sooner.
  • What do I need before starting a project with you?
    You must have a business name, a plan or vision for your brand and services, as well as an idea of the target market you wish to attract.
  • How many revisions will I receive?
    The number of revisions will vary according to the project and will be outlined in your order invoice. I am quite generous with how many revisions I provide, but anything that moves beyond the scope of our agreement will be billed accordingly.
  • How does payment work?
    Payment is broken down into two payments: a 50% deposit upon booking, and the final 50% to be paid on a second date outlined in the Project Proposal. I accept payments via PayPal or direct deposit into my Wise bank account. Do get in touch about your preferred method of payment, and I'd be happy to accommodate you as best I can.
  • Who will own the rights to my logo?
    Upon handover of your logo files, you are the rightful owner of the logo design. Do with it what you will, though as per our contract, you may not credit another designer to the original work. In the same vein, if large edits are made to the logo without my input - I would appreciate if you check with me before crediting me to the work.
  • Can you trademark my logo?
    I do not facilitate the trademarking of any logos I create. You are welcome to intiate this process, and you have full ownership to register the trademark of the design, though I cannot advise or assist you in this.
  • What happens if I need to delay the project?
    Life happens - and I would be happy to adapt around it when it does. You can contact me via email if you run into an emergency, and I’d be open to discuss a way forward. Please note that all payment plans will remain in place as per our Project Proposal and Contract, however I will be happy to pause the design process where we are, and continue as soon as you are ready to start up again.
  • How will I receive my final files?
    Once your project is complete and your final payment has been received, I will send you a link to download these files either via WeTransfer or Google Drive.
  • What format will my files be in?
    PNG, JPEG, AI, EPS, SVG and PDF are some of the main formats you will receive.
  • What if I don’t use all my services in a month?
    No worries! I’ll be keeping track of how many are unused every month, and these can roll over into the next for up to 3 months.
  • How many revisions will I receive?
    For each service, you will receive up to 1 revision. I’ll be as lenient on this as I can be, so no need to worry too much. If the revisions go well beyond the value of the service, we can discuss using your credits for further changes on the design, or invoicing separately for this.
  • How soon can I get the work I have requested?
    I will require at least 3 days notice for any major deadlines on the design - as I will have to take into account all my current clients and their needs too. By giving me a heads up a few days before, I can ensure to schedule time for everyone and set realistic expectations for delivery of files.
  • I require a complex illustration. Can I request this as on of my Design Services?
    All design requests are subject to approval. Designs involving complex illustrations need to be discussed in detail, and may be subject to additional fees or use of credits.
  • How does payment work?
    You will be invoiced monthly, and payment can be made via PayPal or via Bank Transfer in a currency of your preference.
  • Can I get a refund if I don't use all my services?
    Refunds are not permitted. However, any unused services will roll over for a period of up to 3 months.
  • Something’s come up! Can I pause or cancel my plan?
    Of course. Just get in touch, and I will create a solution for you.
  • I’d like to upgrade my plan, can I do this?
    Definitely! Drop me an email, and I will advise you on how you can upgrade your plan.
