SIGN MY SERVICE CONTRACT AGREEMENT
I have compiled a simple contract which outlines all of the terms and conditions of our agreement, and is put in place to protect both parties - it's aim is to be assurance to you that you will receive the work you are paying for, and an assurance to me that I will be compensated as agreed.

BOOK A CONSULTATION CALL
Your subscription includes Two (2) Consultation Calls with me for design support, briefings, or implementation advice. Schedule your sessions here by selecting a day and time from the booking calendar.

SEND OVER YOUR DESIGN BRIEF
Complete the form below to brief me on the designs you require. You can brief me for the full month ahead, or on an "as-you-need" basis - just be sure to use this form each time you have a new task for me, or drop me an email with the required information.

Please remember to keep in mind that I require at least 3 days notice for any deadlines on work. All Design Services are also subject to approval. Designs involving complex illustrations need to be discussed in detail, and may be subject to additional fees or use of credits.
